Default Clutch and Brake line compatibility????

I have the opportunity to pick up a complete set of '97 FLHTC controls and switches for next to nothing. I have a '88 FLHTC. Will the clutch cables and the brake line be compatible? I figure that there may be different lengths but wasn't sure if the ends where they attach would be the same.

If the clutch cable you have doesn't fit the new controls, I'm pretty sure the 97 clutch cable will fit your transmission. Probably the same for the brake line.

That's what I was hoping.

I think that its the HTML coding gone awry. It happened to me before.

If you don't do the tags just right it breaks HTML and starts showing weird stuff.
