HD shops are closed today... can anyone tell me what a factory HD replacement costs? My lazy *** wants to order the one J&P sells but it's $135 bucks. I coulda swore a new one from HD was only $80. Anyone?
An alternative approach is to install a stock one, but add a True-Track stabilizer kit, which provides lateral support to both front and rear mounts. That aftermarket front mount looks great, but the rear then becomes a weak link IMHO. The improved ride quality with a T-T kit is something quite remarkable!
I ran True Track and stock mounts on my Dyna and never had an issue. But I did replace the front as it was shot. The rear was probably shot as well but I never did replace it.

Bought mine, here:https://www.surdyke.com/AdvPartInfo....mber=47564-90B
Front/47583-90B $92.06
Rear/47564-90B $85.26
Also installed new Top motor arm stabilizer, also while I was at it . Cheap insurance.
Bought & installed True-Track too. Didn't completely eliminate high speed wobble, but helped. Going to re-do front forks next month & other things.
