Default Drooling & Sumping

I'm new to Evo motors and having a problem with oil seepage. I've cleaned & inspected the check valve and the other ports on the oil pump. They all seem to be fine.
I've attached a picture of how I routed the oil lines, I was going for a clean look and ran them under the transmission. I've looked at other Evo powered bikes and they all have the lines routed over the top of the transmission.
I'm thinking that my problem is the oil lines shouldn't be lower then the pump?

They eventually moved the oil tank below the trans...the whole oil tank was lower than the oil pump.

Oil is seeping past the pressure relief valve into the crankcase,(I suspect) and if not a semi-weekly rider or so, oil accumulates in the crankcase, then will snot out of the crankcase breather until the sytem is cleared of the gravity-created excess.

Thanks for the replies. I didn't remember that the late EVO FLH have the oil pan underneath. I'll check the pressure relief valve. Will be getting back to it Monday.
Bike hasn't been ridden since it was assembled. Been started on the lift a few times.

Is this an FXR? I don't have the solution to your question... just curious. Clutch release cover looks like an FXR mids cover which is why I ask.

Yep, it's a FXR. Pieced together.
Waiting on Monday to get back to problem solving. Going to double check the P.R. Valve, & make sure every line is in the correct position.
