I'm having my 90 FLHTC I just got gone through by my mechanic. He said my fork seals are leaking, he needs the service diagram for them. Can anyone help me out with this.
I'm not sure what he means by that! There are on-line parts websites like this one where he can see an exploded diagram and get part numbers for replacement parts.

You need a better mechanic.
Fork seals are a very basic and common repair.
Plenty of youtube videos out there on it.
Remove wheel, calipers and fender, remove the bolts at the bottom and the lowers will drop down out of the cowbells enough to get the clip out, grab the lower and slide hammer it till the seal and bushing comes out and releases the lower.
To assemble you need a pvc coupler split in two, use a hose clamp to hold it together to drive the bushing, spacer and seal in.
Only thing is that you don't have much stroke with the coupler when driving the bushing and seal in, but it works.
Lift the lower up and install bottom bolt, suck the oil in with a vacuum pump on the air ride with schrader valve removed.
Howard Messner has a couple of videos showing Amy stripping and rebuilding a set of touring forks, on his website, but unfortunately they seem to be disabled at present.
