thanks guys
it's just the cost of a gasket and some time so we will just check them.

2002 crank is the last of the best ('99 to '02,) hot forged crank with the Timken Lefty bearing. Consider gear drive. The gear drive cams I installed on my '00 at 81,000 and I still haven't peeked inside that cam chest now at 156,000 miles.

I just replaced my buddies we cough them a little late 30k took out lifters cams and oil pump. Easy fix but $$$ who wants to spend coin on that....
