He and his wife fell in love with a 2016 CVO Road Glide. Fifty Large.....

It is damn nice, but I'm afraid to park beside it.

Fifty large for a new stock HD? That's a tad on the high side, I think. Damn, good thing we don't have any inflation to worry about.

I use Genuine Toyota oil filters. The one for a 22R motor ("1986 4 cyl Truck...") is the exact same spec as a HD filter. Also fits just about everything else. I buy them by the case for about five bucks each.

ZOMG, YOUR BIKE WILL SPLODE FER SURE!!!!! When? I've been running these filters or the same filter crossed over to a different line for the last 30 years. I've had MAYBE 3 Genuine H.D filters in that time.

At your suggestion I've been buying them by the case also. The last ones were NAPA Gold brand.

NAPA Gold is said to be WIX private label. I find WIX acceptable quality and will run a WIX filter on my vehicles when I don't have a Toyota filter available.
