Default How Do I Fix This?

I know, a S&S 89" kit.

I, by no means, am a Harley mechanic, but we will see if an old Suzuki/Kawasaki, drag racer can work on a Harley

Are you gonna do an 89" kit or just do a top end gasket set?

A Cometic top-end gasket kit is a good start.

You may have weeping base gaskets, but it looks like most of that oil is coming from the front of the engine and may be from the filter (or mount), the stator plug, or just a messy oil change.

Little liquid detergent and about same amount of water and a 2" paint brush. Rinse it off and keep getting up. Not going to hurt anything unless it's dripping. Lot of work to pull cylinders and replace that bottom ring. And truly, if you do that, it needs re ringed and the glaze broke in cylinder to seat them.

I haven't decided for sure, but I would like to do more than just replace rings and gaskets

I will change the filter and clean it, before I commit to tearing it down....

There is an O-ring on the crankshaft sensor that may be old and crusty letting some oil seep out of there as well as around the stator (?) plug. A tip I was given for that was to use some black sealant and a toothpick to push as much as possible inbetween the plug and case to seal that up, but clean it real good first.

I've never seen a seeping base gasket constitute a thought to stroke the motor..... fix the leak and ride on unless your looking for confirmation to do what you want...
