Normally I would say the throw out bearing is bad but you just replaced it. Pull the clutch and grab the mainshaft try moving it in and out. If it moves then you have a bad bearing.

Under the derby cover I found that the clutch hub nut had backed out AGAIN! Threatlocked and torqued to 65 lbs., five pounds over the manual specs. I'm thinking threadlock and using an impact driver. How much is too much torque for this bastard? Dial up the torque wrench to 80? 90? Impact driver?

the only thing I can notice is the position of the pin on the gear is not at 7 o'clock but I assume that you probably spun it a little bit since you took it off. try what Mark said you pull in the clutch and grab the end of the shaft with a gear is and see if you can move it back and forth it should not move.
The pin needs to be in the 7 o'clock position like it states in your book when you reinstall the cover.

you answered my question before I asked it. You're a mind reader. You've torqued it to 100 lbs? Alright. F it. I'm going for it. Worse case scenario is I buy a new aftermarket upgraded clutch to replace to one I ruined

I used blue because that's what my **** manual called for. It also said the torque spec was 50-60 lbs. After some asking around I found most guys are going to 90-100+ lbs.

BUT! After some locktight and torquing to 100 lbs. I'm happy to report all problems have been remedied and she's back on the road. I just got back from a 40 mile run and all is right again. Thanks for all the advice and help guys, much appreciated. Do I close the thread or something now that it's all fixed?

I guess somewhere along the line Harley figured out that blue wasn't good enough because all I've seen calls for red locktight.
