Lack of use is a bit worrying but 95 and 96 are great years as 95 was the last year of analog speedometers. You can't go wrong with an evo, you can go way wrong with a early twin cam though.
In glad I'm not the only one who appreciates those!

Clean title his name.

Nephew sounds mid 40's early 50's thought he was gonna ride and put 400 miles on it all summer.

I can usually tell a hustler he doesn't sound it..... He sounds like a guy that just thought he was going to ride and it isn't his thing. I'd imagine his uncle gave it to him he had it shipped from ca and he just payed to get it going.

I haven't seen the receipts but i'd imagine he's got 12-1500 in getting it going at a dealership with tires etc.
Given this story I'd buy it if I wanted a low rider.
It's damn sure worth a look!!!!!!!!!

My FXR has an analog speedo. Are you referring to the OP's model specifically ?

I would definitely go check it out. Just keep in mind you are buying an older bike so there maybe a few issues you will have to sort though but once you have you will have a great bike.

I'm with THC: Take a look at it. Offer up 42 $100 bills to start and see what happens.

Yup probably a sweet ride. My guess would be he put $2000+ into it with the list you gave and the labor dealers charge.

In my 95-96 dyna factory service manual it shows the 95 models as... Wait I'm wrong. 95 was digital on the dynas but 95 didn't use the deutsch connectors yet. I apologize for the confusion.
