I always wanted a fender similar to a dyna or sportster but they don't really make anything for a softail like that aftermarket. I hate the flip up softail fender and the long heritage fender. So I thought about making a dyna fender fit but then there is all of the hole filling and redrilling involved, so I decided to cut up a heritage fender I had laying around. Enjoy the pics. I will take another when it is repainted and mounted to go along with my new sixteen in front rim and slim front fender
Here is a tip: I used my dyna to make a radius out of cardboard to get the cuts even on each side
I cleaned all the edge up with a dremel and an angle grinder to make it all smooth and nice
