What is this thing?
Today I pulled the cam cover off of my 1990 Ultra Classic EVO and out comes a plastic piece that is just under two inches long, with six half disks molded to it. I have check my service manual and searched online but have been unable to figure out what this thing is or where it suppose to go. Any ideas?

That explains it, Dave. I still breath out of my head.... Thank god cause if i had to stick that up ma *** to breath better, I'd think I'd have a problem....lol...

They only used them in a few years and many guys just tossed it, didn't help with the issue it trying to solve anyway.
