I still think Grbrown's suggestion is the best. If you use something from an auto parts store you will have to check for fit and most importantly that the plastic/fiber plate the holds the wire is oriented correctly otherwise the contacts on the bulb will not contact the wire ends.
That blinker assy has prolly been used in several models\years. It should be relatively easy to track down.
Or......if she's a keeper, maybe it's time to go LED with a really cool looking bullet blinker set-up or something else of your liking in the aftermarket world.
I think the auto parts fix is going to work. I am trying to keep it as stock as possible. Or at least period correct. I want it to look like an old bike that has been well cared for.
