Drill a little hole and use easy out bitt. or like twisted said cut a deeper groove .

VICTORY!!!!!

Cut a new slot in buggered .still didn't work busted out the punch and walked it around!!!!!!

Little never seize will help prevent a repeat performance down the road and don't lean on it going back in.

BFH to the rescue! Glad you got it loose like twisted said....never seize and just seat it good not cranked down.

The bolt has a rubber 'O' ring under the cap. It should never be cranked down real hard to begin with.
