I discovered one on the rear cylinder, have ordered a time-sert kit, and will make a small jig to keep drilling straight.
I'll be doing this myself in the frame.

Anyone done this , and can you offer any advice?
How can I best keep the swarf out of the cases?
Thanks
As mentioned in the other thread grease and/or vacuum will help with the shavings.
Nope no pics.
Really not much to take pics of.
Had to use different size bits to work up to final size, as it just catch immediately and stop.
The time sert kit seems very complete, and the drill bit is really sharp, lots a blood.
