I'm using Hawk Engineering organic pads on my bike. No grinding or squealing, easy on the rotors, and they don't shed black dust on my white walls like the OEM pads do. About half the price of OEM, too.
I've had Lyndall's on my bike 30k miles and am very happy with them. Never an issue with squealing, reduced performance, fade, nada, nothing. I'm staying with them.

Last time I had "white walls" they were still purple when it came time to get a new tire.

Been using Lyndal pads for many years. They last forever and work well. Also lower cost than OEM pads at the $tealership. I also do not buy over priced nuts, bolts, or o-rings from the $tealer. Ace is the place! There is one here that keeps a big supply of chrome nuts and bolts also. Waaaay cheaper than HD prices...
