My mom is sitting on my dad's 1984 FLHTP. One owner, all original, 25k miles, red/blue lights and everything. She is looking into selling this bike, but is at a loss of what something like this would be worth. Any input would be greatly appreciated. My father always seemed to think this bike would be worth something after he passed.

Sorry for your loss.
Have you looked the bike up on Kelly Blue Book or the NADA guide??
KBB shows the value in the $6000 range for your area. Realistically, it is probably around the $4500-$5500 open market value. But actual pictures, mileage, condition (engine/tires/transmission), will have an effect of that.
It's been a few years. If definitely needs new tires. We just had it to HD and had it checked out. No issues. They wouldn't test ride it because of the tires, but it runs good. NADA ranges from 4-18k.

NADA has lost their mind on what they consider vintage bikes...no way that bike would ever go for 18k...6k would be top dollar if it was a low mileage museum piece.
Low milage, I would say yes for the age (25k). Museum piece, no, it was ridden by my father. On the plus side, it has never been owned by a police department. What year is vintage considered as? Shoot, for the prices everyone is saying, it's almost not worth selling. I'll post some pictures next week so you guys can see the beauty.

You are correct about it being almost not worth selling. It really is a buyer's market right now.
