Slow turn over
It's not your engine's fault, so leave the ignition alone! Do the usual checks, such as the connections at both ends of both main power cables, to make sure they are all clean and tight. Also check the ground strap under the trans, which should also be clean and tight at both ends. In other words make sure your starter is getting as much power as possible, before replacing anything.
Well all righty then.....I just figured if my starter armature was starting to develop a short, then it would draw more and turn slower...can't say I knew how low the voltage drops while turning over.
It's hard wired for my smart charger and if I plug it in,it's over 80% for about 15/20 minutes then at full charge. So I was thinking that's not too bad really,my tractor batteries take way longer to reach full charge.

It did that when the voltage dropped to 7.5 when you hit the start button.
I don't know if that is your only problem but you won't be able to reliably diagnose anything else until you replace that battery with a good one.
