Once you get the axle in, the wheel is straight with the trees...the bars are crooked...common problem.

Replacing the riser bushings can help.

Rotate the fork tube while it is still in the triple tree and see if that changes things. Also put a straight edge on the fork tubes for a down and dirty rough check for bent tube. YD

This is the most common thing to see.

Thanks all, got it straight....loosened it all up, front forks, axle, fender, calipers, bars.....maybe more work than needed but its all straight as an arrow now.
