It stripped the spline out of the pulley, but the output spline looks good.

You may need to change the belt with that 34 tooth pulley. Up one tooth on the belt.

Heads up. I installed a andrews pulley looks the same as yours two years later. Going with a BDL this time. Didn't have to change the belt. If there is any excessive clearance between the two parts this problem will come back in the future.

Got it back together, only time will tell if it stays together.
