Now all I need is a 1 7/8" socket, about 10" long.

J&P Cycle,not cheap but worth having,you'll probably use it more than you think. And it comes with the shaft protector that screws on to it.

Or if you want to go the cheap way and know someone with a welder you can make your own. That's what I did.

I'm assuming that the comp sprocket and clutch pack all checked out fine ??? And the inner primary is off and it's definitely the pulley that is toast ???

The pulley is toast, the lock on the 1 7/8" nut was loose and it looks like the 1 7/8" nut has backed off some, want know for sure what all will need to be replaced until I get the pulley off.

Was the cap screw missing? For the big nut... Did the big lock washer with the tabs break apart ?

This model has a lock plate with two allen screws, one allen screw was broke off and the other was backed out 1/4".

When the screws backed out, they chewed up the back of the inner primary cover, don't know if it will be usable, will clean it up and check it out.
