Went for a night ride and a few folks blinked their lights trying to get me to use my low beams, thing is my low beams were on.
Lights up the road well on low.

You might angle your lights down just a bit so you aren't blinding oncoming traffic

They are no brighter than anyone else's LED lights. There not blinding, people think you have hi beams because of the large light pattern they see. Glad they can see me.

Let's take this part by part.
#1 I didn't say they were I said change the angle of the lights. Even old fashioned incandescent lights can blind you if the angle is wrong.
#2 Apparently they are if people are flashing you. Best way to test is get your wife to drive down the road and you ride towards her and see what she says when y'all get home. You really shouldn't assume they are flashing you because of a larger light pattern. I only flash people if their lights are in my eyes and not because of any light pattern.
#3 I'm glad you're happy.

For 1,2 and 3. They are not directional like a headlight. I repeat, They are larger looking light pattern and brighter than lo beams, make them look like they are high beams.
