Hey guys,anyone know the correct part #for cometic top end kit? standard bore stock motor with 10:1 wisecos for my 86 flt .I see listings for #c9635 but for 92 and up, will that work?

If it's only the top end then yes it will work but you will have 2 umbrella valves in the kit that you don't need.
Does the kit you are looking at tell you how thick the head/base gaskets are?
My stock head gasket was .060" installed James 0.030" gasket.
Let me know please if your piston has valve relief in the top,mine did not,curious,that's all.
THC-so you would say go with.030 being i've got an ev27 going in and 10:1 pistons? Better compression but will it be harder to turn over? I think I tracked down the p# c9851 w/.30
head gasket or c9747 for .045

Not sure about valve relief? they are flat top pistons
