Default Cometic part#

Anyone know the part # off hand for 2012 103 top end gasket kit with .030 head gaskets. I've searched here and Cometics site but it's kinda vague on descriptions. Far as I can tell it's c9147-030.
Looking to do a cam swap so figure I'll do head gaskets also for more comp.

I just recently went from a 96" to 103" so I ordered a Top End Kit with the 0.030 Head Gasket the Cometic number was # 9844. Had everything I needed (and more).

BTW - got it off of Amazon

I just ordered that kit, but it says that it fit 04 and earlier. Another kit says 05 and later. I assume the difference is in the valve stem seals, since 05 and later use bee hive valve springs. Did you have any issues?

Awesome. I saw that kit on Amazon but the description sucked. Couldn't find that part on Cometics site. I don't need the stem seals at only 2,000 miles so I'm good.
Thanks Jimmie

When I mentioned that it came with everything and more - some of the gaskets were double sets. Like the breather gaskets had about (2) different versions and there were also (2) different types of valve seals. I guess maybe it is just cheaper for them to throw in a few extra gaskets than to handle a bunch unhappy customers. I do agree the description of the gasket set sucks and one site will say it fits and then another will say it doesn't ??? Hope ir has everything you need.

If that part number worked for your 96, it should work on my 95 build. Mine is an 05, the first year with bee hive valve springs. Maybe that's the difference.
