Default Cometic Gasket Kit

I am looking for a Cometic top end gasket kit? I have a 2006 Night Train with a 98" and looking for a .030" head gasket. I spoke ot cometic and they said that kit C9182-030 is what I am looking for but its not listed on their site and nothing comes up when I google it. I contacted Zanottis and they dont have anything for a 2006. I thoght C9147-030 would be what I need. Can someone please tell me what gasket number I need? Thanks

C9147-030 is for a top end kit for the 3.875" (95"/103") bore with a .030" head gasket; your 98" bore is 3.938" so C9147 is not what you need. I think I would go with Cometic's recommendation;after all, it is their product and they just mighit know what they are talking about.

Another option that might save you some bucks is to get the Cometic .030" head gasket and order a big bore top end gasket kit from Cyco; Cyco won't have a 3.938" bore head gasket. Good quality at a lesser price.

I think it's pretty obviouis that Cyco is a supplier of varios gaskets and gasket sets for Harley Davidson motorcycles. Click on the links to see more of the site or give them a call.
I have been using their gaskets for a while and find them to be of good quality but cheaper than Cometics. I still get the head gaskets from Cometic.

We too carry those as well.
The 98" kits we have are all genuine Cometic.
