Default Front end oscillation.

Maybe someone can help with this. I've got a'96 Heritage Special. Front forks were bottoming out and the handlebars would ocillate back and forth thru a wide speed range. Had the local HD shop rebuilt the forks and put in heavier fork oil. No more bottoming out but there is a slight ocillation between 37 and 40 mph only, otherwise the bike travels straight with my hands momentarily off the handlebars. (you know, adjusting the helmet or rolling up the sleeves.)Any thoughts. ta

Thank you for the input. I just couldnt figure it out. The front tire does have 15K on it and looks like it is in good condition. It will be do for a change here in the next 5k when I change out the rear. Thanks again

put it on a jack and check the fall away. The neck bearings may need to be tightened

Thanks Mike. I've got a co worker who works on bikes. I may just take it over there and have him check it out. Thanks again. ta
