Default Coil relocation kit

As far as I can tell from my Google searching I cannot see any coil relocation kit for a 1997 Road King

Yeah, I know what you mean. Been there, done that myself.

Not sure how long ago you were touring Iowa, but it's a lot better now than it used to be.

Thirty or forty years ago, when Mom and Pop shut down the gas station for the night, you were out of luck if you pulled in and needed gas.

Now there's lots of convenience stores that either stay open all night or keep the pumps on for you and your credit card.

But there are still plenty of small towns with no gas stations at all, if you're riding the back roads in some parts of the state.

ingenuity is the mother of invention (might have to zoom in to see my coil setup)

Default Cool fab

I like what you did with your Road King. Please give more info on how you did the coil fabrication?
thanks

I did this:

The OEM coil fits like a glove inside the bell.

Some things you have to learn to make for yourself. That's why they call it Customizing.
