I don't remember the brand, but if you want a direct replacement that fits under the cow bell, there are some to be had and they aren't expensive. I'll see if I can find a tag on it, but its over twice the DB level of the factory horn. For a single horn, it's pretty darn loud.. In the mean time, just do a search for "Harley horn"..
went to the motorcycle show in Chicago last weekend. purchased a load horn, 125db I think. but its at home, will get the brand and the info.
Probably the Fiam. I tried that route and I really wasn't that much louder than stock. The next stop is the Wolo/bad boy/stebel horns but they're kind of funky looking. You might be able to get a good deal on a mini beast on eBay. The minibeast is a wolo/stebel wrapped in a tux.

Depends on what look you are going for, I have a set of twin Hella horns mounted on my bike and they are very loud. Hella also makes a "trumpet style horn similar to the stock horn just not sure if it will fit under a stock cow bell. Amazon has quite a few options with good reviews.
Don't pay too much attention to advertised decibel readings. They can be all over the place, depending on the environment, which way the horn is facing, and how far the decibel meter is from the horn.
The Wolo Bad Boy has been working well for me. Available in a chrome finish if you prefer that. Around 40 bucks.
