Default Customizing

Hey guys! So I have a 97 FLHR and want to take off the sidelamps/turnsignals. What I want to do is put a cover over the windshield mounting screw/grommets so that the windshield can still be mounted but will have this cover over the grommets. This cover would be chrome and is 6 3/4" between the holes. Any ideas??
I did see the newer bikes have a similar cover for moving the turnsignals but I dont want to move them there. Im going to move them below the mirrors.
