I have an 85 fxrt with same pipes and setup. Cycle Shack from many years ago. Re-chrome if you like the sound. dan

Here's your answer. Like the man said, shipping from Sweden would be huuuge. Cheaper to rechrome.

Yeah I got a quote to have them re-chromed this morning and that's not the highest quality either that would be $2,000+

I think I would learn to love the painted and wrapped pipes.................
(they do look good)

I think a 2 into 1 would ruin the bike just my opinion and that's all that's about out there anymore.

lol where did you get a chrome quote like that?
I had a friend rechrome his 56 caddy bumper for under a g earlier this year, and that was with some body work to straighten out a few dents. There has to be something missing from a quote like that, either major repairs from the shop prior or they just flat out didn't want the job.

I went to a local shop that's been around since 1929. They do incredible work.
