Wheel mags look a bit weathered like its been kept outside. When I see low miles and not much attention to keeping up the details like starter, fender ect, I thinking neglect. $5k will buy a nice 98 where I live.

I agree, there is quite a bit of corrosion on the aluminum parts. Looks like it sat out.
That bikes in my area. I’ve seen it on Craigslist a couple of times. Low Mileage for the year is appealing. Unsure about that dealership though. I’ve seen a couple bikes with bad rust for sale at that place.
