Good afternoon, I have an opportunity to pick up a 1992 FXR super glide from a family member. Bike is totally spotless, mostly stock and has 24k on the clock. He is the original owner and always was on top of service. What does everyone think is a fair offer on this machine? Any help is surely appreciated. Thank you. Sorry forgot to mention that the bike is across the country in AZ so I would have to have it shipped back to east coast
work situation will not allow me to fly out and ride if purchased.

No pics. It's my father in laws bike. Last saw bike when out to visit couple years back. When I google the bike it looks as good or better than the factory pics. Red in color.
never talked price, just says to offer him a fair number on it. Into his mid seventies and doesn't ride much anymore. Don't want to insult him with an unrealistic price. I'm sure being family he would let it go cheaper than selling to someone he didn't know.

Having seen that Ebay one it is worth looking around for other FXRs advertised, as another way of etablish asking prices. Ignore the cheapest and most expensive ones, if you find several, then use the remaining ones for your guide. We'll be around to help with other bright ideas!
