Default Unknown switch and plug

So, there are two switches on the back of the triple tree on my 96 Road King. The left operates my light bar, the right I have no idea what it does Also I found a 4 pin square weatherpack plug under my seat. I tried doing a search but nothing came up in the Evo category. Can anyone tell me what these are for? Thanks.

One wire is system voltage from the accessory switch on the back of the nacelle, one is system voltage when ignition switch is on, one is power for brake light (a tour pack brake light for instance) and one is ground.
