I'm not sure what year the passenger floorboards changed from a splined mount to bolt on and that's when the P/N changed. I guess I need to mic out one of mine when I fix the frame and see if I can get hold of a newer one and re-mic it.

Yup bagger, I have an 87 and would like to use the late model since there's more options available for the passenger floorboards from 97 on.

Mounts for Pegs/boards etc may vary... But... I do Not believe the Function of the part changed.. One can put FLT caps on yer FXR and Vice verse in fact..
