Crank case seal
I have 88 softail I’ve replaced the crankshaft seal and and bush behind the stater several times and it keeps leaking into primary I’ve done a top end rebuild recently so it’s not blow by from worn rings

Have you replaced or removed the stator? If so, those two screws holding the plastic wire clip need to be clean (and the holes) and re-installed with blue Loctite on the threads as sealant or oil can leak past those screws .
If have not worked on the stator, then disregard. How much and what length of time is the oil being transferred? YD

A harley engine is a dry sump oiling system, the case doesn't collect oil when it is running. Might wanna check the oil tank after setting to see if the oil pump check ball is allowing sumping filling the case, the oil tank will be low after setting for a while.
