Default 95th Skins

Hey guys Im planning on replacing the skins on my 98 Ultra. The tank and fenders are very nice the bags have some scratches and chips. I also have all the 95th covers and emblems in good shape and a backrest pad as well. I was wondering is it worth selling these things? If so what do you think i should ask for them and where is the best place to sell them? Thanks. Reason for replacing is i plan on stretching it out (tank/ fenders/ 21" wheel with hugger fender, etc) Thanks

I wouldn't expect the 95th stuff to add any value, and in places where it can't be removed (like the backrest pad) it just limits your market.

The 95th isn't a collectors item on the market at this time, 95th Ultra in my area wasn't selling at $5000 and a really nice bike. The way I look at things is it may not be worth much right now but remember items like the Superbird, couldn't give them away and now worth a fortune, the 95th may not reach reach this status but who knows when a Harley is electric.

I have a 95th Wide Glide, an i'm more convinced the older Evo model bike in general will end up more desirable than the 95th specifically.

Harley has made so many "anniversary editions" that nobody cares.
Lots of guys assuming their bike is rare and valuable, but most are not.

Yeh, maybe slightly uncommon, but definately not rare. Wasn't a selling point at all for me, honestly would have preferred a diffent color too.

Main selling point for me was 7600 on the odometer, and fair evidence it was taken care of.

those are the things to look for.
"Anniversary" model means nothing.
In 2003 everything they sold was a 100 anniversary model. They missed a great chance to make a very special, limited production 100 Anniversary model. Instead they labeled everything as 100th.
There are some very rare limited editions, like the Confederate, but not many that have any value.
