Road King Throttle cable routing
I put some new bars on my 1994 that are lower than the apes that were on her. I'm curious where the J- shaped rubber coated guides are supposed to go on the frame to hold the cables in place? I'm seeing on the microfiche two part numbers
10003
and
10092
One takes a Rivet and the other takes a well nut, but my bike is missing both of them as the apes used stock length cables pulled tight and lead differently. After riding for a while the cables move around and start binding hanging the throttle up so it won't return closed without manually closing the throttle. A picture behind the nacelle of the right side of the bike by the fuel tank would be awesome to figure where they ought to lead.
Thanks
