Default Ecm question.

New guy here and I just recently picked up a 95 ultra and was trying to figure out if it had the upgraded ecm. Unfortunately there is no identifiable hd pn# and the only numbers on it take me to european websites.
I am attaching a photo of the sticker in hopes someone can help me out.
Thanks.

Found a parts company having one for sale with cross reference 32423-95 which isn't the upgraded number, it is a strange one tho

None of the numbers on that label are Harley ones, it is very much an MM factory label IMHO.

Probably is the factory numbers but it is the only identification on it. Which led to the question.

Thanks for the help

This doesn't answer your question, but HD does have a ECM replacement kit for 1995-2001 EFI touring models

Are these even still available?
I have a line on a used one but its missing the software and cable, which is easy to replace but a new option would be cool.

Nothing all that serious I suppose just examining my options
The initial reasoning behind my question was to find out which ecm I had to know If I could use a pc3 or a dobeck for tuning.

This is the ECM I have in my 96 Ultra Classic. I have the Power Commander 5 with their auto tuner.
