My guess would be crankcase pressure. Year of bike and mileage?

Do you mean... why is oil shooting out the filler neck?

Have you done any work on the bike recently?

Did the issue just start?

How much oil is in the tank?

Are you still here?

Iown an 85 Evo and a 2002 Flhtc twin cam with ss510 cams and 95 inch. I also changed the vent tube that comes acoss into the fill neck to a smaller dia hose. I have the same problem when I get on the throttle hard. I believe the issue is crankcase pressure from that vent line. I fixed mine by making a clamp to prevent the dipstick from blowing out. The newer twin cams switched to a threaded dipstick

Threaded oil cap on a newer twin cam? NOT!
Only on sportsters.

For the original poster... Crank case breathers clogged. But can’t imagine why?. Unless metal shavings got in the passages?

Wasn't there an updated version of Reed valves for the breathers to cure that problem?
