Paradise will sell you the light bulbs, butbif you are not happy with them your are stuck with them. Lifetime warranty mean burnout not bad beam pattern.
I have tried 5 different LED H-4 replacement bulbs, and they all produce an unusable beam pattern.
I remember the first bulb we could get was from Pathfinder
A bad connection caused wires to fry. Second time, the whole connector housing.
Coaxed this fir several years. Liked the stick look and bulb was plenty bright.
Since switched to an all out led head light. Good coverage low and mid. Little better than the bulb.
Firget the brand. Chinese and works great for $30

I haven't come across any H4 LED or HID bulbs which comply with lighting regulations. Those websites that mention such things all have a caveat to that effect. We have a car with HID headlights and another with LEDs, but both have auto levelling built-in, to minimise dazzle, which obviously cannot be retro-fitted - at least to a bike. The lights themselves are fantastic - if only I could find something as good for our other vehicles!
None of the brands you chaps have mentioned appear to be available over here except Trucklite, which as I have already mentioned I have on my Glide. I've been looking for upgraded bulbs for my van and Firebolt and have some excellent LED bulbs for our van's daytime lights, which shine the light back into reflector, giving a good white light. The bulbs themselves are huge, but at least they work, as the light units are also big. There are some snazzy LED bulbs available now which look promising, from Twenty20 and Philips. I'll look into them again after Xmas is behind us - prices are quite something though....
I am surprised JW Speaker isnt available on that side of the pond. They are ridiculously expensive. Then again, where I go in my Jeep, I dont need roads. Thats why I put them on my Jeep. 7 round, just like my bike.

I haven't checked to be honest. At the time I bought my Trucklites they were the 'bee's knees' around HDF and when checking for UK sellers, to my delight, they had just introduced their left-hand dipping 7" headlight - for those of us who ride on the correct side of the road! At the time it was a no-brainer to buy them. None of our other vehicles use round car-style headlights (except the Sporty), so we can only shop for replacement bulbs. There are You-tube videos of US options for headlight goodies, but none of the 'best' ones have managed to cross the Atlantic so far as I can see. I'll start looking afresh after Xmas. We have a national election tomorrow and, depending on the outcome, we may have other things to think about than seeing the way ahead while riding!

Who knows, the newly elected officials may impose a tariff or tax on tea. Stuff like that leads to revolution!
I like the JW Speaker lamp as well. I just don't trust the Chicom knockoffs, I remember a test as to where they don't project as well.
Non DOT approved HIDs are dangerous. They are too bright and blinding. They don't focus the light properly. They are irritating when you see them on the road.
