That's hugely helpful thanks, does that apply to both master cylinder and calipers?

I've found a junction-T for the lower triple tree, it says it has male 3/8-24 fittings on the three branches, but when I'm speccing these custom brake lines with the female fitting it offers the option of M10x1... is that the same thing?

The calipers use a 3/8 banjo bolt ... the banjo fitting is commonly referred to 3/8 or 10mm. So a "10mm" would be fine... 3/8 vs 10mm is only .0187" or .475mm different

The AN-3 is for making the interconnections ... not directly at the M/C or caliper sealing points

Ok thanks,
So before I order this, does this look correct?

Brake Tee Spider which has 3 x male 3/8-24 fittings

Upper Line - M11 Banjo - line - 3/8-24 Female
2 x Lower Lines - 3/8-24 Female - line - M10 Banjo

Thanks

Do they actually list it as M11?

Do you have a link to all those parts? I'll look at them

Yeah, that "Spider" will be fine.

You'll want (3) "Swivel Female - 3/8 x 24 UNF" at the hose ends to mate with the Spider.

"Banjo - M11 / 7/16" for the master (at whatever angle you need)

(2) "Banjo - M10 / 3/8" for the calipers (at whatever angle you need)

So Yes, basically what you had listed above

Perfect, really appreciate the help man, figuring out this cable conundrum had been causing me way more head scratching than it should.

No prob. That whole 3/8, 10mm, 7/16, AN-3, banjo fitting, banjo bolt thing is commonly misunderstood and confusing.

Good luck

Default brake lines

don't know if money is an issue but if not i would go with the magnum set-up with only on fitting instead of 3 possible leaks
it's a complete lower section junction block and 2 lower hoses braided in your color then just buy the upper in your length
quality piece installed on my 94 last year bought everything from dennis kirk

TJ, your first link is to a US website, your second one to a British firm in Exeter. In my past experience of HEL they can supply all you need, including a block which does the same job as that 'spider'. I have an HEL set-up on my old Glide. As already suggested, give them a call!
