Default Sissy pads.

I have a 1995 Heritage Softail Classic. My wife would really like the pad that's on let's say a road King.... I can't seem to find one. My question is does the 3 holes in the pad all spaced the same?

While I don't know the answer to that question I'd think that if they aren't a good drill bit would solve that problem.

With a few chrome blanking plugs to fill any spare holes!

Here's what I offer to my passengers. I get the extra large so they're nice and comfy...

Default Tourest sissy bar pad.

Tourest sissy bar pads are shaped similar to a touring type back rest. Sort of side bolstered with curvature in the actual backrest. Wide and taller than most. They are three holed with threaded inserts. Look at their website or give them a call. Likely be able to answer your questions. I adapted one to a leather tour pack. Worked out great and looks like it's meant to be there. I built my own mounting bracket. Check the pics in my profile. You'll see it there. They are well upholstered and sturdy. My wife likes it.

Pipemean1978. Try accessing the "albums" section in my profile. Pictures of my bike with the Tourest sissy bar pad reside there. I found that when I mounted the pad to my original sissy bar, it seemed to lay back a little too far. Based on looks alone. But I never had the wife out for a ride on it that way so I got no feedback on how it felt to a passenger. The way I now have it mounted to the tour pack is more straight up and down and has some spring to it. Wife likes it and feels a little more secure due to the small side bolsters. She did not like the smaller 6 X 8 pad on the original sissy bar. Oh yeah. Got her one of the those inflatable air hog *** pads too. Stopped any further complaints.
