Thinking back 30 years, the rear pipe tied into a hole on the tranny case
be careful to minimize tension between this point and the exhaust port
Ideally, engineer some compliance at the lower bolt
Spending too much time wide open in top gear resulted in breaking the boss on the trans

yeah the mid controls will prob sneak threw, might make your foot a little bit warm, for mids I like the rear pipe to pretty much slant straight back away from the rear cylinder, but good luck
