Turn Signal Issues

I can't find a module. I checked the areas suggested and no luck. The headlight does not come on in the IGN position. I presume the self-cancel is on a timer. The turn signal does not automatically shut off. I did try turning to the "lights" setting on the ignition while the signal was blinking and it stopped blinking when switched to lights. I was also wondering about a weak battery as also suggested so I used a fresh battery to run the lights and signals. There must be a module somewhere or flasher. I have not taken the dash pod off to root around in there but I think that will be my net step. Thanks for helping.

I found the turn signal module which was staring me in the face. Kind of a pain to get it out but got that done. I checked the voltage at the orange wire and it is 12 in the IGN phase and drops to 11 in the "Light" phase. What do you think is causing that drop? Is there a way to test the module itself?

Turn signals
Follow up: After finding and disconnecting the turn signal module (which I got to through the dash which was a pain) and checking the voltage I went through the system and cleaned all the terminals I could get to and put it back together and VOILA the system is fully functional. Thank you for all the help and the quick replies. Getting to use your experience is a big help for us novices!

I had a feeling it was low voltage from the symptoms described. My reasons for asking about the other things was to rule out a possibility of the wiring being altered at the switch/breakers.
