'97 fxdwg rear fender

Picked up a '97 FXDWG cheap, but hate the rear fender. Looking for replacement options-what fits?

The back of the frames are all the same for Dyna's in 1997, so look on the Bay for a 1997 Low Rider/Super Glide rear fender. This will move you away from the Bobtail look. Then you can chop it if you wish, or go with a traditional full fender. Then of course, there is the after market. For my 2 cents, I love that rear fender and would not remove it, but your bike. Again, find the same year fender, it should bolt right up. You may have issues with your seat, may have to go with the seat from a Low Rider/Super Glide as well. IDK why, but Wide Glide seats are specific. Good luck and we like pics.
