Back today from 1 month trip to Colorado from East TX. Wife pulled fifth with dually, I followed to South Fork, CO. Out of the heat.
. From there we jumped on the trike and did the 2 week Colorado roundabout. Trike ran perfectly, no problems whatsoever. Used 1 quart oil the whole trip. 42 avg. MPG with MM EFI. Better mileage at higher elevations than at home(?). The ol' 98 did me proud. Met lots of evo riders at the stops. 3665 total miles. Time to give the machine some rubbing and new parts.
Thanks, Beemer.... and the radio worked great!
. Kelly, good luck on your retirement. It's a whole new world. Hope to see you on the road, too.
. First thing is a new front tire. I plumb wore it out. Hope to wear out a few more. Ken
Nice to hear of a great time had... Congrats... Got love them Evo's... My son lives in Colorado so hopefully when I retire (5 years) well be visiting him..
