Hey guys, verdict is in. First off,I dismantled the entire front end(major PITA ) being my air system had a leak anyway may as well do it all, right?
Removed the air system, installed the Progressive cartridges and greased the upper and lower bearings, new seals and bushings.

Being retired now , I re-oiled the rear shocks with ATF, fixed the air leaks and put it all back together.
Went on a 100 mile ride today, and gotta say it was definitely worth it.Bike seems more planted , with no dive on braking .Cartidges were like $340 on Amazon .Was looking at the race tech springs and emulators which would’ve been $310.
So anyone with an older glide needing some TLC in the front, it would be a good winter project.
And she doesn’t pull to the left any more. Thanks for all the input.
Don
