I didn't, I Google CV Performance phone number as it was not easy to find under the "CONTACT US" section where it logically should be.

just called them finally had time. No one actually answers the phone. They have an automated system and the only extension that works is their dealer support extension. And no one answers that either I had to leave a message we will see...

Good deal Farm Shop, Its sad that you have to contact them to get your stuff, the last few times I had to do the same thing, and like you they shipped it the next day, so its not like they don't have the stuff setting rate there

I’ve ordered carb parts from them 3 times in the last 3 months It was SLLLOOOOWWWW. The last order was for two inlet elbows from their ebay store, when it finally arrived they had only shipped one. Getting the second piece was very SLLLOOOOWWWW. Good stuff but customer service is lacking.
I’m sure business is falling off for them. How many guys need parts for carbed bikes anymore?

I recently tried to order a few parts from them. After a few weeks of not getting any updates on my in process order and no responses to inquiries sent through their "Contact Us" form, I gave up and cancelled the order.
