I recently tried to order a few parts from them. After a few weeks of not getting any updates on my in process order and no responses to inquiries sent through their "Contact Us" form, I gave up and cancelled the order.
There is a guy on the forum that works for them, we had another thread on here about them not to long ago and he chimed in, I surprised he hasn't be on this one?
I also had an issue in December. waited 3 months for my parts, made a post after several emails and getting just voicemail when I called. shortly after the post was made, someone chimed in on the post from the business and came up with it all being on customs and my fault blah blah blah even tho my paperwork and tracking info showed a different story and then he changed his story again , but oddly it was sent out the next day. also they deleted my credentials on their site so I can't log into the order info
all that aside, the parts are great. zero complaints there.. really hope they can get their shipping together.
