Default Which manuals

I just got a 1998 Road glide with efi. Can anyone help me with what HD, Clymer per Haynes manual to use? I don’t see many of them list the 1998 FLTR/I on the model specs. Thank you all for your time.

Don't waste your time or money on anything other than the original from HD.

Don't forget to buy the factory parts manual too. It's really handy.

May take some looking, but got my 98 FSM on ebay slightly used for $90. Wiring diagrams fold-outs in back are indespensible. Complete coverage of MM efi system till your head spins. And we have a couple of efi gurus here. With 55k on my 98 ultra, the efi works flawlessly. Did a permanent fix for those leaky fuel line fittings, too. Under 50 bucks. Ken

Agreed……although the parts are listed online. But, the actual parts book lists fastener sizes so you can source them local. That’s really the most useful part of the book itself.

The factory service manual should cover all models of the Touring family.
