So I just bought a 1985 FXEF did a oil change and did the trans too but found out the trans plug is stripped out just spends when you tighten it .So what I'm asking is what is a fix for this?

I would try some Teflon tape as a temporary fix. Beyond that I'd be looking for help too.

1985, is the drain on the bottom of transmission? Two choices, drill the drain hole out larger, rethread, install a larger plug or drill out larger, rethread and install a healy coil and use the same size drain plug as original

This is not the best avenue but has been done on auto's alot.
There are oversize drain plugs that cut their own threads.
Once used care needs to be given to not over tighten one.
You need to be sure of what size plug you have and purchase accordingly
